The New Classic Cookbook (ACP Press) has at least two reasons to be a valuable addition to your kitchen bookshelf. Firstly the author, Loukie Werle, is a highly respected Australian food writer and this her latest book, comes from the Heart Foundation.

So of course each recipe not only has a tick of approval and a full countdown, so you can see at a glance how much (and what) fat, carbohydrate, fibre and other nutrients it contains, but of course you know it will taste and look good as well.
