The name means ‘taste’ or ‘try’ and no one can resist doing so when chef Camillo Crugnale’s traditional Italian cuisine, with its roots firmly planted in Crugnale’s mother’s kitchen, is on offer. It’s comfort food and ‘spoil me’ food all at once, and a place I will return to next time I am in Adelaide.

However making fine use of local produce is also part of the formula responsible for winning respect and rave reviews from diners and critics alike. 

The restaurant is discreetly screened from the busy street allowing diners to focus on the food and for those who want to learn and see more, the chef’s table deep in the restaurant, is the place to go with a group for the ultimate experience.
