Dolotne Does It

Doltone House has firmly established itself as a premier function centre with views across Jones Bay and the Harbour to the Bridge in the newest wharf development at that time.

I dined here and attended several functions and I love the menu that is Italian without the language difficulties, and while the ambience could be Florentine, and the wait-staff exude European charm and meticulous attention to detail, the sunshine on the outdoor diners and THAT view is pure Sydney. 

There are function areas, and the restaurant itself is very cool with a pinot noir-coloured feature wall and lofty spaces punctuated by huge white light fittings. But for lovers, the topmost level with a romantic table for two, is  ideal.
