Restaurant Natali

CHAMPAGNE SPARKLER

In the town where Charles de Gaulle holidayed and is buried, at the southern end of the Champagne region this Michelin-starred restaurant is a must to visit. Worth a detour if you are taking a tour around the many Champagne Houses in the area.

The family – father and son chefs, Jean-Baptiste and Gérard Natali – are assisted by their wives at the front of house. They have recently relocated the hostellerie and restaurant across town to this new larger position. Now the elegant upstairs dining room proves an ideal stage for these talented chefs to display their deceptively simple yet sensational food.

For those who want more, a chef’s table oversees the action through a viewing window, and the hostellerie has a number of comfortable rooms in the grounds, ideal for those who can’t bear to leave too soon.
